Celebrating the 30th Anniversary of Cooking Tips Around the World!

I just opened the 1992 project “time capsule” box containing all my notes, videos, slides and souvenirs from my solo trip around the world. The memories flowed and the excitement that I’ll be doing this again,  albeit virtually, brought tears.

This was, and is, my passion project that I gave my heart and soul into bringing it to life. Now, to chat with everyone again and get updates, more tips and shared memories, warms me.

I’m finding that blogging might be the best option since reconnecting, directly, is seeming impossible. I’ve tried connecting with the chefs in New Zealand and have not heard back. I’m hoping it’s not their deaths, but that’s not out of the question.

I’ll be posting about chefs and welcome you to join this journey, once again.
